The first workshop in WaNavi Japan’s Life-skills Workshop Series, it is a must for parents of pre-school and elementary-school children in Japan. In addition to information on various topics, we will have talks from two very important guests! The workshop will include:
- Info Session – An overview of the Japanese childcare/schooling system, social support system for pregnancy and birth delivery, social support system for infants, accessing childcare in Japan (Hoikuen/Yochien), typical school year calendar, and how to choose elementary schools, etc.
- Critical Language Lesson – Learn the basic and most essential words used in various school/child-rearing situations
